Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We must receive your return at our return center within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your shipping method will arrive within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number is usually sufficient.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase (not the date of delivery) is not refundable.

Only full sized items may be refunded. Samples or OTG packets cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
